Lemon balm is highly vigorous and produces many young growing tips of the stolons from July to October. Problem-free overwintering in beds.
The lemon balm 'Relax' delights with a pleasantly fresh taste. The intense lemon aroma of the young leaves perfectly fits to herb soups and sauces as well as to desserts and fruit salads. Usually prepared as tea it is said to have a positive relaxing effect and to be a cold remedy.
