This Italian F1-hybrid tomato 'Roma' will surprise you with a fruity and aromatic taste. The oval fruits are as large as goose or chicken eggs (weight 90-100 g). Fruits are firm, substantial but juicy. They are perfect on breads, in salads and as a snack, for pureeing, soups and for cooking (mostly peeled). The variety is well-branched and robust, mid-early harvest and is suitable for outdoors and in the greenhouse. The 150 cm tall plants have high yields and a high resistance to leaf moulds 1-5, the tomato mosaic virus and powdery mildew.
