Pumpkin soup with herbs

Ingredients:

2 large patisson, white or green
1 large onion
1 leek
¾ l vegetable stock
1 cup herb cream cheese
parsley
chives
salt, pepper

Preparation:

Lightly braise patisson, onion and leek, add approx. ¾ l of vegetable stock, cook and puree.

Season with salt and pepper, add 1 cup of herb cheese spread, parsley and chives.
