Spaghetti pumpkin

Ingredients:

1 pumpkin
salt

Preparation:

Prick the pumpkin several times using knitting needles, then boil it in a large pot in salted water (the skin should give way when pressed), then cut in half lengthways, remove fibres and seeds, put in a bowl and loosen up.

Great as a side dish or with a well flavoured sauce.
