Baked potatoes with herbs

Ingredients:

mmall potatoes with skin (e.g. Laura)
olive oil
garlic 'Therador'
sea salt
pepper
herbs to taste
(rosemary Abraxas', thyme 'Fredo',
oregano 'Margeritha' etc.)

Preparation

It is your creativity that is being called upon here! What kind of delicious herbs are growing in the garden? Which flavour do I desire today? Let yourself be seduced by the scent of fresh herbs.

Wash the potatoes well, drain and mix them with olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and herbs depending on your wishes. Cook them in a casserole dish at 200 degrees (upper and lower heat) for about 35 minutes while stirring several times.
