The Swiss mint delights with a lovely fresh citrous fragrant. Its essential oils can be used to help you with bowel complaints and colds. In addition, mint is known as an appetite stimulator. Brew the leaves with hot water and enjoy them as tea or inhale the pleasant steam to get a quick effect.
