Round, spherical courgette. Very popular for halving and stuffing with a mince mixture, eggs or gratinated with cheese. Particularly tasty are the young fruits which grow in large numbers at the bushy (not climbing) plants for weeks. The large yellow petals, which open in the morning and close at middasy, are also a crunchy delicacy. One dips them into batter of omelettes and fries them. Depending on taste one can add some salt or pepper - providing the finishing touch.
