gardener's tip:
Due to the grafting this cucumber is very vigorous and provides significantly higher yields. This is especially the case for places in which cucumbers have stood before very often.
The grafted midi garden cucumber 'Midios' F1 is productive and vital. The grafting offers protection against soil-borne diseases and provides a rich harvest. The fruits are 23 - 25 cm long. They are medium-long, have a smooth skin, are seedless, dark-green and productive. They taste particularly pleasant, fruity, almost sweet-aromatic, bitter-free and very juicy - just right for an evening cucumber salad, as a small low-calorie snack at lunchtime or against ravenous hunger. It surely serves the desire for smaller but better tasting gourmet cucumbers well. The plants are resistant to powdery mildew, free of bitterness, have a vigorous habit and a very high yield. The flowers consistently form seedless fruits, dark-green, slightly shiny fruits of fine shape and quality. This cucumber can be harvested for many, many weeks.
