Herbal cheese spread (NEW)


1/2 bunch basil 'Magic Blue'
1/2 bunch parsley 'Grandeur'
1/2 bunch dill
1/2 bunch lemon balm 'Relax'
2 cloves of garlic 'Therador'
250 g curd cheese
100 g sour cream
1 tbs. strong mustard
2 tbs. olive oil


Do not wash the basil 'Magic Blue' but only pluck the leaves off the stalks. Wash, drain and pluck the leaves of the other herbs. Finely chop all herbs. Peel the garlic 'Therador' and - depending on taste - finely chop it with a knife or use a squeezer.

Mix the curd cheese with sour cream, mustard and oil. Add the herbs (and if you like the garlic) to it and season to taste with salt and pepper.

It perfectly consorts with walnut, pumpkin seed or spelt bread and can also be used as a dip for baked potatoes.
