Herbal dip


200 g junket
200 g sour cream
5 tbs. herbs as desired, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic THERADOR, crushed
4 tbs. olive oil
some grated rind of a lemon
some lemon juice
salt, pepper, sugar


Mix all ingredients and season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar.

The dip tastes great with small potatoes and a colourful salad!
