Radish cream cheese with mint (NEW)


1 small bunch radish
1 tbs. mint 'Marokko'
150 g double cream cheese
50 g natural joghurt
freshly ground pepper


Wash and finely dice the radishes. Put the radish dices in a bowl, salt them and let stand for 10 minutes. Then pour off the gravy. Grind the mint 'Marokko' and add it to the radishes. Mix the cream cheese with the natural joghurt and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Perfectly fits to granary bread.
