Garlic chicken


1 kitchen-ready broiler of ca. 1.2 kg
salt, pepper, freshly ground
9 cloves of garlic Therador
10 fresh sage leaves, e.g. Pupurmantel, Hexenmantel, Goldblatt or Culinaria
3 beef tomatoes Fantasio or Matias
1/8 l olive oil
1/8 l dry white wine


Wash, dab dry and cut the broiler with poultry scissors into 8 pieces.

Rub them with salt.

Peel the cloves of garlic.

Wash and dab dry the sage leaves.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel and cut them into pieces, removing the stem base.

Put some olive oil in a casserole.

Fry the broiler pieces lightly brown from all sides.

Add the wine and the tomatoes. Simmer everything for 30 minutes.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
