Pumpkin pie


4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup oil
1,5 cups sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 p. baking soda
150 g grated hazelnuts
2 cups grated pumpkin
chocolate glaze


Mix eggs, flour, baking soda, oil, cinnamon and grated hazelnuts to a smooth dough. Gently fold in two cups of grated pumpkin. Bake at 175°C for 75 minutes.

Then cover with chocolate glaze.

Instead of hazelnuts you can also take almonds or coconut flakes.
