Paper pots for field cultivation

Paper pots are ideal for protecting the delicate, loose roots of cucurbits and keeping them together. This enables us to ensure our Volmary quality even for vegetables grown in the open field.

The benefits of the 84-cell
young-plants tray

Thanks to the paper pot, the highly delicate roots of cucurbit plants in particular are well protected. In addition, the paper allows for good air circulation within the soil. Among other things, this ensures that the soil in the pot retains heat effectively and that water can drain through it easily. All of this promotes healthy growth following planting.

Another advantage of the paper pots is that they make it much easier to remove the well-rooted plants from the tray. This results in far less damage to the plants and increases the number of plants that can be cultivated further. Harvest yields are also improved. Thanks to the protected, warm and secure pre-cultivation, you achieve a higher yield when harvesting your high-value varieties.
